Home Alone

Sometimes, parents take vacations together, or go on work trips together. Most of the time, they dont bring their children with them. The children, at first are at disbelief they actually have their house all to themselves until their parents get back!

Then, after a few days since the parents left, some children start to feel a kind of void. "Somethings missing here", they might think to themselves. They notice that even with their new, and unlimited "freedom", they still need their parents in their life. They arent ready to separate.

Those of us that feel the void, but dont pay much mind, is that we are mature enough to leave our house, and sever that imaginary umbilical cord we have attached to both our parents.

So next time your home alone, and your parents wont be home for an extended period....Think:

Family

So today, just before my mom went to go eat out with some friends, she told me we had to go visit my grandpa. At first i was like *ughh*; she noticed this, and she informed me he had gotten an operation, because he had a small tumor in his prostate. I could have died.

Most people, including myself, dont appreciate family as much as we should. We whine about visiting family members, "psycho" cousins, "weird" aunts, "to much love" grandparents etc, BUT when we least expect it, they wont be there to go visit.

I understand there are some extreme cases where you and your family dont get along, but if you have a united family, dont ignore them, dont dislike them. Trust them, have fun with them, Love them, because they wont be there forever.



I'd also like to add here that, sometimes, parents dont make the best choices. Sometimes out of anger, or a feeling of disrespect, they act. We have to understand that sometimes, our parents think that they are "teaching us a lesson", or something like that. In a way, they are, except probably not the one they are looking for. What I mean is that when parents make rash decisions like those, children usually rebel against them (much like how i did today). At the moment, all one can feel is anger, rage, annoyance, wanting to leave, etc. After a while, you should be able to see your wrong, and understand why your mom, dad, or both of them made their decision. Just think about it. It took me a while to admit my wrong.....


How long will it take you?

Death

So, we all go through deaths right? Duh. Maybe the death of a parent, brother, aunt, grand-mother, friend, friends mom, cousins grandfather, and the possibilities go on and on.

What if i said I'm talking about emotional and spiritual death? Blasphemy!! No, think about it people....When we grow older, our younger selves die, literally. Unless you can tell me that you are the same exact person you were 1 year ago, I am right.

We are constantly changing our ways of thinking, our perspective of life. We become happier, nicer, meaner, wiser, etc we see life in a completely different way. Another way to look at this, is to think of it as an "evolution" of something good, to something better.

Like a caterpillar into a butterfly.

Decisions

Past, present, future. These are times where we all have/had
problems...with everything. It could be either self esteem problems, anger problems, friend problems, or just external problems we can't control. We have to decide when it is enough.

Our lives will never cease to be "shitty", until we choose to make it better. We have to act as fast as we can....because maybe in the future...its to difficult for us to handle. That's why we have amazing friends, who are there for you, and never say "No" when you need 'em. That's why we have our family, to love and support us.

Once you choose to better your life, you will be happy with yourself, you will accomplish more goals, and you will be a better person. No one will ever take that away from you, they can die trying.

Sometimes, we have big problems, sometimes we have little problems. Our problems all depend on how we decide to deal with them. Sometimes we feel like we cant ever get out, or we will die trying. Sometimes we have to learn how ask for help.

We have to learn how to laugh at ourselves, realize our mistakes, better our faults, and instead of hating and Damning the rain, learn how to dance in and admire it.

This entry, is dedicated to everyone who has been put down, by anyone in their lives, or have felt like they are not enough, or that they cant live up to their dreams. You cant be driven by what people say about you. You have to be strong, if someone says negative things, just say to yourself that you are not, and keep walking with your head held up high. Don't let anyone make you feel different, don't let anyone talk shit, defend yourself, stand up for yourself. Don't let anyone control you, be strong! If you want to b crazy, be fucking crazy! If your gay, what the fucking hell, be gay! if ur a Lesbian, be a Lesbian and proud! Don't let society bring down who you are. If you strive to be an actor, go to acting school, and be who you are!

We are all the same, black people are the same as white people, gays=normal people, lesbians=normal people, anyone from anywhere, no matter what they are, or from what religion, it DOESN'T matter, you are the same as me, and i am the same as you...don't let ANYONE tell u different.

If i have learned something from my friends..its that those who don't accept me for who i am, are fuckers. i was once one of the people who was: omg look what they said about me, or, no one wants me, im just an ugly bastard, or, im not good enough.....

im done with that...i am me, and no one will ever take that away from me....

and u, are u, and no one can take that from u either.....

Frustrated!

OK people, I am so sorry! im not 100% sure, but i think my page just might be in spanish..i really dont like that, but im not sure how to change it all to english, please have patience with me....and maybe u can learn a little spanish while your at it??

4:00 am

Sometimes, when you are awake at 4 in the morning, your mind starts to think about things that really dont make sense...like world peace, planning life, inhabiting other planets etc. Just on some occasions, do these thoughts help at all in daily life.

Life can be so complicated at times, so many decisions to make, so many choices to choose from, so many people to please....where is the room for yourself in there??

Sometimes, it just at 4 am in the morning.....
